Attendees of the Late Night Kaleidoscope might find themselves slipping into an alternate plane of pure colour, bathing in expansive sound worlds and bringing back only their most hallucinogenic discoveries.

Take an hour to ditch the standard forms and swim with The Temple in an ocean of kaleidoscopic vibrations.

The Temple is a trio of producer Jack Woodbury, drummer/percussionist Nathan Carter (aka Alter Natural), and saxophonist Peter Liley, based in Pōneke. The band's broad palette of influences reaches into minimalism, electronica, ambient, jazz, funk, doom metal, new age, sound art, and jungle, creating a beguiling, multicoloured sound. Their shows explore vast musical territories, and every performance is a ritual devoted to the present moment.
