For Macy Gray at St James Theatre, if you have special seating requirements such as wheelchair access, please contact Ticketmaster.

Physical access
Some venues in the City Line-up have limited wheelchair accessibility. These events are not managed by the Festival, please contact the venue directly to confirm.
Deaf / Hard of hearing support
For customers with older model hearing aids, The St James Theatre has 40 devices that connect to hearing aids with coverage to all seats. Please ask Venues staff on arrival if you require one. Those with newer model hearing aids can connect to the Auracast app on their phones, search for the venue and connect that way.
