Tāmaki '05 – Featuring Ryan Tomov, Finn McNeill and Tyler Diprose
The Tāmaki '05 Trio is the conception of Tāmaki-Makaurau musicians Ryan Tomov and Finn McNeill, paying homage to their environment and the sounds of Música popular brasileira, samba-jazz, and bebop. The trio brings a unique take on these influences, adding their own vibrant energy to the atmosphere of this year's Wellington Jazz Festival.
They are joined on bass by Tyler Diprose, a familiar face on the Auckland jazz scene and a proficient bassist and musician. Come join these three accomplished musicians on their journey through an upbeat samba-jazz and bebop-inspired set as the Tāmaki '05 Trio!
