OPERA HOUSE HEADLINER PASS

Want to book all three Opera House Headliners? You can save on booking fees and get 10% off your tickets through our Headliner Pass.

This pass allows you to purchase tickets for all three events at the same time. Simply select a seat and book. The seats you select will be where you sit for all three events, so you only need to select them once.

Once you have made your purchase, you will be issued individual tickets for the three events.

The Headliner Pass entitles you to 10% off each individual ticket price ($59 - Early Bird, $69 - Standard for Whirimako Black, $49 - Early Bird, $59 - Standard for the Nathan Haines Octet and Michael Houstoun with the Rodger Fox Big Band). This discount is applied automatically.

BOOKING PERIODS

The Culture Club supporters: Preferential booking from Thursday 18 March to Monday 22 March 2021 at 11:59pm. Join The Culture Club here.

Public sales: From Tuesday 23 March 2021 at 10am.

Early Bird sales: Book early and save! An Early Bird price is available, giving you a $10 discount on the standard ticket price. But only until Monday 5 April 2021.

TICKETMASTER BOOKING FEES

Ticketmaster booking fees apply to all ticket purchases, including door sales.

  • Internet bookings = $5.00 per transaction
  • Phone, email and postal bookings = $11.00 per transaction
  • Door sales and Ticketmaster outlets = $2.00 per ticket
  • Courier = $4 per transaction (only available within NZ)

A payment processing fee of no more than 2.3% applies to purchases by credit card, debit card or gift card.

SEATING

Allocated seating: The Opera House has allocated seating. There are no reserves and all tickets are the same price.

Wheelchair seating: It is essential you advise Ticketmaster at the time of booking if you have any special seating requirements, including wheelchair and/or companion seating. The Opera House has allocated wheelchair seats but availability is limited. If you require a free companion seat, please contact Ticketmaster’s Accessible Seating Line on 09 970 9711 to book.

Hearing loop: The Opera House has an Infrared Assistive Hearing System. Please contact 09 970 9711 if you require hearing assistance.

iTICKET BOOKING FEES

iTicket booking fees apply to all ticket purchases, including door sales.

Phone: $7.50 per order.

Internet bookings: $2.50 per ticket, to a total of $7.50.

Door sales and iTicket outlets: specific per outlet.

Credit cards: A payment processing fee of 2.5% applies to purchases by credit card, debit card or gift card.

Online Eftpos: a payment processing fee of 1.8% applies to purchases using online eftpos.

Bank Transfer: a fee of $1.50 per payment applies to purchases using a bank transfer.
